Looking for Answers?

These single session classes will be offered from 9:00 to 10:30 on a Sunday morning and repeated from 7:30 to 9:00 on one weekday evening. Each will be team-taught by a Rabbi with an appropriate professional from the congregation and will deal with current social problems and issues.

This interactive course will be offered in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. The content will be determined by the questions you submit about God, Prayer, Death and the Afterlife. At each class, different questions will be considered by a different Rabbi. You may attend one session or all nine and be assured of learning something new and different each time

Something New In Yiddishkeit
An informal Yiddish Discussion Group will meet at 10:00 am on the third Thursday of each month, preceding Lunch 'n Learn, starting on September 18, to explore Yiddish literature and culture in Yiddish and in translation and to build up Yiddish conversational skills. Feel free to attend, whatever your Yiddish language skills or lack of them. No preregistration is required.

 

Please Note: There are no instructional fee for Shir Ami members except when noted However, pre-registration is required so that adequate space and material can be prepared. Non-members may enroll by paying a fee of $36.00 per course.
